Psalm 9 9:10
9: The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.  10:  Those who know your name will trust in you, for you Lord have never forsaken those who seek you.

Psalm 27 4:5
4: One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. 5: For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock.

Psalm 28:7
7: The Lord is my strength my shield, my heart trusts in him, and I am helped.  My heart leaps for joy and I will give  thanks to him in song.

Psalm 34:17
17: The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them: he delivers them form all of their troubles.

Psalm 46:1
1: God is our refuge and strength, and ever present help in trouble.

Isiah 41:10
10: So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous.

Isiah 55:6
6: Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.

2 Corinthians 9:8
8: And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

2 Corinthians 12 8:10
8: Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9: but he said to me " My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made in perfect weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ's power may rest on me.  10: That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weakness, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties.  For when I am weak then I am strong.

Colossians 1:13
13: For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves.

Proverbs 3 5:6
5: Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6: in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight.

Luke 12 22:24
22: The Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you eat: or about your body, what you will wear. 23: Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.  24: Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them.  And how much more valuable you are than birds!

Jeremiah 29 11:13
11: "For I know  the plans I have for you" declares the Lord, "plans for you to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12: Then you will call upon me and come to pray to me, and I will listen to you.  13:  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

18: I consider  that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

James 1 2:4
2:Consider it in pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3: Because you know that the testing of your faith, develops perseverance.  4: Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete not lacking anything. 

1 Peter 1 6:7
6:  In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little you may have had to suffer grief  in all kinds of trials.  7: these have come so that your faith-of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire-may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

1 Peter 5:10
10: And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered for a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

Joshua 1:9
9: "Have I not commanded you?  Be Strong and courageous.  Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
